"price"
$60 for oil change and tire rotation - too expensive. Would not recommend for the service I had done.

Peter sorry for your bad experiance if theres anything I can do give me a call at the shop anytime. The price of our oil change has not gone up since since I took over from Eric in 2015. We're not as cheap as Monro Muffler but we've also never left your wheels loose... We use a good quality oil and filter because it is the lifeblood of your engine. If I can do something for you please let me know as you guys have been long time customers.

"Previous visits were great. This last one was not."
Paid top dollar to have a battery replaced and something put back into place. 2 hrs and $200.

"Bird poop"
My wife was upset when hat her car was covered in bird poop when she picked it up. She told Dan about it but he didn't do anything about it. My feeling is he should have offered to pay for a car wash.

"I was happy with the service; disappointed with the lack of included tire rotations"
I expected that tire rotations would be included with the purchase of four tires and an alignment. I spent nearly $700 with tax and no rotations included. :(

"My 1st Visit"
I thought the customer service and communication was exceptional. The employees seemed very personable and the atmosphere in the shop was welcoming. I brought my vehicle in for minor items (oil change and tire patch), but the work they did seemed to be well done. I do believe they were a overpriced for patching a tire, but the pricing on the oil change was normal. I would return again in the future.

Thank you for the review. Volvo is not always a cheap brand to maintain. When it comes time to fix the HVAC issue we can look at the possibility of used parts to keep the price down!

When I received quote, I asked if a aftermarket would be cheaper. Answer was it was more expensive. When I got home the first place I try (Auto Zone) part was $100.00 cheaper! When you are on social security you have to watch $ I do not think this is the case here.
