Unfournately customers dont realize that a 28 year old vehicle can develop problems that can make them very hard to repair because of the lack of supporting parts supply.This vehicle was brought in because of a driveability problem meaning hard start running poorly anyway we repaired for around $230.00 dollars the customer brought to our attention that the shift indicator was not working so as always i assume responsibility to take care of the issue we glued a small piece to the mechanisim that makes the indicator work.Twice we tried so anyway in order to fix properly it needs a new steering column to blame us for this problem would be like getting your car painted you pick it up and the transmission stops moving the problem is out of the service providers hands.We tried to fix the car but we were never at fault the customer never tried to offer to pay for the repair or work it out to help esch other no instead you cancel the payment why we are spending valuable time trying to locate a column.All i have to say is you have choices to take your car wherever you wish and i suggest you exercise that right obviously we are not deserving of taking care of your car needs but in closing all local service bussinesses im sure have the same philosiphy as i do that is they will bend over backwards to help but it is a two way street and at the pace this country is going we are doing to be harder to find then all you will have is amazon,ntb,dealerships and malor chains that there employees have no skin in the game and at that point everyone is going to wonder what happened to those guys down the street we trusted so much.

if we were rude i apoligize it looks like you came in close to closing time usually we are always busy so i assume i was the one your refering to being rude but im pretty sure we did take care of your tire issue as fast as we could because that is our main concern is to help people when they need us it seems most repair shops have lost the meaning of service so in closing its a two way street and i paul bresnahan always look at the person on the otherside of the counter and put myself in their place thats why my crew always tries to help no matter what our personal wants our

what stephen didnt say was that he brought it back and it got fixed ill tell the public right now its easy to say negative things on line but people remeber a negative comment a lot faster than a positive one we fixed his problem when he brought it back there was a mix up in communication because paul the owner was sick and out for two days so when i got back i told our tech what to repair,i will tell everyone out there the service business is a two way street and you better watch what you say because ive been in 30 years and i have made a bunch of mistakes but the consumer better warch out because they are running out of tradesman to take care of there problems so take all your special needs and problems to all the big stores and see how far you get something done.running service especially auto service shops are really hard we try are best you know what maybe i should rate customers and see how they like getting a 2 out of 5 and see how thwy like it

tired instead of tires next laptop will have a lighted keyboard my calverton teachers of many years ago would not be happy with my poor spelling the customer in this case has a legitimate gripe but i paul do everthing i can do to make the experience of coming to a repair shop which is pretty much like going to the dentist or paying taxes as good as i can so please before you review a company think of how a simple phone call could remedy a problem and usually theres some benefits involved on a one on one converstion so ill be glad to give him his money back because we caused him difficulty but always remember there are a lot of people that rely on people coming in to see us and trust me it is very tough to keep the doors open.And as a owner if you dont have passion about your company then get out because you need to excel as best you can everyday and show your employees that you will work as hard as them or harder andyou should have the repect of everyone thanks for reading paul bresnahan

sometimes its hard to estimate the exact time a vehicle will be done because of intangables im sorry you felt i didnt communicate will with you.But i will tell you that i sent a driver 30 miles to pick up the part that no one else had in stock because its strictly a dealer part.Our main concern is to get the vehicle back in your hands as quickly as possible i hope you reconsider your rating of us because we try extemly hard to help our customers i can assure if you took that vehicle anywhere else you wouldnt of seen it back on saturday but as you become more familar with living here and try some other repair shops you will find out how much we care i wish i could make things happen faster then they do sometimes but we are always at the mercy of other suppliers and we cant control all situations as much as i would like.Im sure sometimes i dont come over as the most caring person but i will assure you i always put myself on the other side of the counter so i do know how it feels and many times i realize i have made mistakes so please accept my apoligies for any miscommunication ill try to do better if you come back.

I ended up with an oil change I didn't want and mounted brackets we wanted to do ourselves. In addition, major brake line replacement that we agreed on a price for ultimately increased. The excuse given was it was suppose to be within 10%. Not so because we negotiated to the agreed price because we couldn't afford the other in the first place. Nice people but, not good practice or professionalism.
LORI I TOOK THE TIME TO CALL YOU MULTIPLE TIMES TO EXPAIN THE REPAIRS TO YOU.WHEN A VEHICLE IS IN NEED OF REPAIRS AS BAD AS YOURS WAS MEANING REPLACING ALL THE BRAKE LINES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED THE FUEL TANK WAS BEING HELD UP BY ONE STRAP THAT WAS BARELY HOLDING IT FROM FALLING OUT OF THE VEHICLE IF YOU WANT THE MONEY BACK FOR THE OIL CHANGE STOP BY AND I WILL HAVE THEM REIMBURSE YOU.THE REASON WE DID THE OIL CHANGE WAS BEACUSE THE OIL THAT WAS ON THE DIP STICK WHICH WAS LOW WAS LIKE TAR.I RATHER A CUSTOMER BE UPSET WITH US BECAUSE THEY FEEL THAT WE CHARGED THEM TO MUCH THAN I WOULD TO NOT FIX IT PROPERLY AND THEY HAVE SOME KIND OF ACCIDENT OR POSSIBLE HURT THEMSELVES OR SOMEONE ELSE.I DONT GET MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE SERVICE THAT WE PROVIDE BUT I DO FEEL AND MANY OTHER PEOPLE THAT WE ALWAYS TRY TO EXCEED THERE EXPECTATIONS.I FEEL THAT YOU DIDNT WANT TO SPEND THE MONEY TO HAVE THE VEHICLE FIXED BUT YET YOU WANTED IT FIXED AND I TRIED TO EXPLAIN HOW DIFFICULT OF A JOB YOUR VEHICLE WAS AND I DID DISCOUNT THE BILL QUITE A BIT AND MOST TIMES I OFFER PEOPLE THE OPTION TO PAY FOR PART OF THE BILL AND THE REST AT A LATER SCHEDULED DATE SO PEOPLE CAN STILL USE THERE VEHICLE FOR THE REASONS THAT THEY USE IT FOR.IN CLOSING I ALWAYS TRY TO EXPLAIN TO PEOPLE WHAT IS INVOLVED IN THE REPAIR AND WHY IT COST AS MUCH AS IT DOES IN MY LAST CONVERSATION WITH YOU I DIDNT FEEL THERE WAS ANY MISCOMMUNICATION BUT I GUESS I WAS WRONG.SIGNED PAUL BRESNAHAN
