David said the employees did what they could. They were good to work with, but it was a difficult repair. His service took longer than he expected. He had to wait seven weeks for his vehicle to be completed. They charged him $350 more for labor than quoted. The service advisor was very good, and kept in touch with him. The lady that runs the shop was very good too.

half way home my car start
shaking and cut off. You said I just needed a battery Now I have paid for a battery and my car still is not running. and that what it was doing when I brought it to you.

You brought your vehicle in for a no start problem, we tested the battery and found it to be low. You bought the battery from Autozone less than a year ago so we called them and had them replace the battery at no charge to you under warranty. When you left here you were told that your vehicle needed a new engine. I'm sorry you are having problem's with your vehicle, but we explained everything to you when you left.

Ronald said he had his vehicle towed to this business. It sat there all day and they did not get the part in that was needed until the end of day. He finally was able to pick up his vehicle the next day. This was very inconvenient for him because it took away from his vacation time with his parents. He would not recommend this business for service because he would not want anybody to go through what he went through.

Danielle said the repair team did a really good job, but when she asked them to check something, they did not. When she left, the maintenance required light was on. They never checked her heating cooling gage, which would not allow her to check the temperature in her vehicle.

Guys- I appreciate the printout telling m my jeep is aligned. However; when you drive the Jeep on the road, it still pulls right. Example: I can change lanes [left to right] without touching the steering wheel in about 7 seconds. Is that aligned? Thanks- Joe

Leon said it took the staff awhile to figure out how to put the hanger back on. They did not know the bolt could not be reused. He has been using them for two years and he would reuse them.

Tricia said she not happy with the way she was treated at the business. Her vehicle was fixed, but the customer service was not good. She was quoted one price and when she got there the price had changed. She was told it would cost about $60 and it cost about $150. Due to the discrepancy with the quote she didn't have the money to pay, so she left her vehicle at the facility. When she came back to pay three days later her vehicle was not ready. It was poor customer service.
