Melody said she kept having problems with this facility. She had to return several times. The staff installed a new alternator, but she had to return, and pay for towing, after her first service visit. They installed another alternator. She said she then brought her vehicle to another facility for a diagnosis, where they found the second alternator was defective. She returned a third time and showed them the printed diagnosis. The staff installed a third alternator. She said it was a great inconvenience for her to have to go back and forth many times, as well as having to go without a vehicle for a while.

I DO APOLOGIZE THAT YOU HAD TO GO THROUGH ALL THAT. WE DO NOT MAKE THE PARTS. SO UNFORTUNATELY ALL THOSE ALTERNATORS ARE BAD WHICH IS A MANUFACTURER DEFECT. YOU SHOULD GET YOUR MONEY BACK FOR TOWING UNDER YOUR WARRANTY. I ALSO LET YOU USE MY PERSONAL VEHICLE THE LAST TIME. I DO NOT FEEL YOUR REVIEW IS FAIR TO US SINCE WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE PARTS. WE WERE JUST AS UPSET AS YOU WERE & DID EVERYTHING I COULD TO MAKE IT RIGHT INCLUDING A DISCOUNT. MARLENE.

Mona said the business was very friendly. She said a young lady came out to greet her. However, she had to take her vehicle back to the business because her vehicle kept wobbling. They said she needed wheel bearings but it turned out to be the rotors. She also said there was grease on her leather seats that she had to clean off.

Kristan said she brought her vehicle into the business to get her radiator changed. In the midst of them changing the radiator, they had to undo the air conditioning condenser. They waited to tell her, until after they put the air conditioning condenser back. Then, her vehicle started to leak. They ended up making the work harder on themselves. They could of called her while they had the vehicle, to let her know about the leak. They ended up having to take the vehicle back out and charging her more for labor, to get the repair done.

Reliable Automotive Shop
This company always does a great job in fixing my car. I remember bringing my car to them and it was severely in a bad condition. My car is running well, I do however have a minor leak still but they reassure me to bring the car in to have it fixed and re-checked. Great company, recommend to anyone!
