George said he took his vehicle to the business to get looked at and ever since then, the vehicle has not started. He told them because he felt the fuel filter needed to be changed. He called and asked them to add a few more things to the list of his repairs. Since he works long hours, he had his sister pick up his vehicle. He told her what he was expecting to have fixed. When he got his vehicle from his sister, the main issue he wanted fixed was not resolved. His vehicle is still having a hard time starting. He hasn't had a chance to call the business but he will ask for an explanation as to why the main work he wanted was not done. The paperwork puzzled him. The minor things he had asked to be performed on his vehicle were done but not the main repair he wanted. He was also told by them that if he did not get his vehicle repaired soon, it would damage his fuel pump. There is nothing different with his vehicle. His fuel filter might be clogged and it needs to be changed. There is no indication on the report he received that it has been changed. He would not recommend this business. He was highly recommended to this business to get his vehicle repaired and he was not satisfied with the service he received from the business.

Arash said the business did a sloppy job. He went in to fix his front light and when he got home it wasn't working. He went back in 3 times and they still charged him. He said if the business wants proof, he has all the receipts and documents ready.

Arash owns a 35 year old frankenjeep made up of parts from multiple jeeps. He did NOT request his headlights be repaired. He did NOT return 3 times to repair his "lights" His wiring has been cobbled together by multiple hacks , plus is rusty beyond belief.  It is a challenge to get anything done as he requires the jeep back at 5 pm.  His jeep was not complete yet he demanded that he take it and he then leaves a bad review. I wish him well in the future getting his frankenjeep fixed somewhere else.

I believe Mr. Dominguez is  confused or worse. I quote Mr. Dominguez. "I don't know what is wrong with my gas guage, can you diagnose it?" I performed that diagnostic service and reported results, indicating the sender in the tank was defective and needed replacement. His cars second problem was that a fuse blow and the right rear view mirror doesn't work. He said he needed to know what was wrong and what it would take to repair it. I performed that diagnostic service as well, determining the motor for up movment on the right mirror has an internal short and would require replacement or teardown of door panel to disconnect mirror. Mr Domingez DECLINED ANY REPAIRS. I provided the requested service quickly and accurately. I gave him a copy of the detailed results. He said he was going to to take it back to the shop that changed his fuel pump (2 years ago). His 23 year old Volvo needs attention. I wish him luck in the future.

Convenient
As for the service, it was fantastic. Quick, affordable, and complete. However there was a customer service issue that caused me to walk away before I had taken care of everything I had intended. I was ready to authorize some more diagnostic and repair work. But after a short verbal exchange with the technician, some things were said that caused me to take my business elsewhere.

To my knowledge Mr Hincks requested a Smog on his 17 year old BMW, we performed that while he waited and his car passed. As for any additional requested work there was none to my knowledge, so?

Impeccable integrity
I brought my vehicle in for an inspection to see where strange noise was coming from under dash. The noise stopped prior to arriving at AA, and remained dormant throughout. After inspecting my vehicle, and unable to detect or replicate the noise, AA charged only for man-hours and nothing more. Thank you AA for being an honest and trustworthy business.

Gordon said he got a 25,000 mile service, and everything went fine. They also fixed the recall. The brakes are still squeaking when he backs up. Several facilities have looked his brakes but not have been able to fix the squeaking.
