Very unpleased
Brought two of my vehicles and both came back worse. 1,200 for brakes and other and brakes still don't work. Paid 180.00 for my horn to be fixed and to this day it doesn't work . Brought my BMW in for service and now my dash doesn't work at all and was told they didn't do it yet it was NEVER this way will take all my business and my referral else where

Gerardo said he was very unsatisfied with the business because of how long it took for them to diagnose his vehicle. He had to hunt down the employees to get information on his vehicle, which took hours and hours at a time. They had impatiently waiting to get a diagnosis on his vehicle.

Denise said this business charged her for an alignment they could not do. The wheel alignment was bent but instead of stopping and talking to her about it, they went about with the alignment anyway. Because of this, she received her vehicle in the exact same condition that she gave it to them in. However, they are looking to resolve the issue and have refunded her money.

Hello Zack. Sorry you feel that you may have paid too much for an alternator on the Corolla, but I am hoping that you compared prices with local shops prior to saying that. If you go to the repairpal.com price estimator you will see that the average price for an alternator on a 2012 Toyota Corolla is between $407-$775 from lowest to highest. Please produce a written extimate with a replacement of a Denso alterntor from a verified shop in the 90602 zip code for less than what I did it for, and I will reimburse you the difference +10%. I like to think that I offer competive pricing with professional service. I also like to keep the integrity of my shops name. So please contact me if you have further questions. Thank you.

Marie said the employee told her that her vehicle was ready to be picked up. However when she got to the facility, he told her that a pulley needed to be replaced, and that he had just received the part. She waited for an hour while he completed the repair. She would have liked for him to have told her that when she talked to him on the phone. He was helpful and informed her of the repairs she needs done, as well as the best order to get them done.
