The Best Service I have Ever Received at a Dealership
I have used Greenville Hyundai many times before but on my last visit, I received the usual great service but when it came time to pay, their credit card reader would not work properly and after multiple tries they told me to just forget it. Granted the overall cost was not that great but I have never seen any business tell a customer to just forget what they owe. After the fact I still marvel that they gave me a pass on my bill. While it was not my fault their card reader was not working properly, I appreciate their giving me a pass and not detaining me any longer. I highly respect a company that would do something like this and it is my intention to have them put the amount I would have payed on my next service visit. Thanks Hyundai of Greenville.

They have continued to improve with customer service and excellent stafging in Service, Administratiin Staffing and Sales. Due to new ownership in past few months,, the overall work place changes and service by all are excellent. Kudos for hiring more people, especially women, who are snmart and care about professionalism.
