Scam artist
This bastatrds are scam artist took my car in for repairs got my car back with the door damaged and red paint all over it these bastards wouldn't pay the repairs and now I have to go thru the process of suing them...They also charged me for new tire proces when the tires I received weren't new at all please be cautious dealing with these scammers

Andre said his radio was missing from his vehicle after his visit, and things on the dash were disconnected . The window he asked to be repaired was not repaired and one of his tires was not repaired. He had to take it to another facility. He stated he will never recommend nor go back to this business.

Unhappy & Unsatisfied Customer
I had my car serviced for the gas gauge not registering my gas usage.. I was charged whatever the rate is for a fuel pump& labor to install the part .. however the problem was not fixed . still having issues with my gas gauge reading properly.. took it back after speaking with Mike he assured me that they were gonna replace my part w/a new part .. well I’m disappointed to say that the issue still exists .. all that money down the drain !!!! 🤬🤬I deserve a refund !!!

Poor service , the Manager Mike is a scam artist, he charges these outrageous prices to fix your vehicle, and he lies about the repair and prices. I will never do business with Auto City, do not recommend their services.

Gregory said the staff fixed a little bit, but the other part got worse, so the work wasn't done correctly. They need to get better with their services. Due to his issues, he wouldn't recommend the business for service.

Tommy said he was unhappy with the service at the business. He had to return to the business because they did not do a good job. They unhooked some items on his vehicle and did not hook it back up, they did not replace the gasket, and had caused something else to go wrong as well.

The owner mike, stole my catalytic converter
Do not take your vehicles to this place, the owner is a dishonest thief, and a liar to boot!
He ordered one of his mechanics to take my catalytic converter and replace with a straight pipe, when i questioned him about it he acted like he didnt know what i was talking about!

Henry said he brought his vehicle in for an inspection about his gasket. They estimated $376 for the gasket that needed to be replaced. Upon repairing the gasket they noticed a crack in the manifold which needed to be taken out to get to the gasket. They told him it would end up being a $1300 repair. He asked if they could put it back together so he can take his vehicle home. They told him they were unable to do so. He had to take out a loan to repair the vehicle, which was an inconvenience for him

Cortez said the staff did not fix his vehicle because he still has the same problem, even though he spent a lot of money there. He had to keep bringing his vehicle back there, because it was still leaking. Cortez said the transmission lines were never changed, which is the reason it's still leaking, and he will never be going back there.

Evelyn said her vehicle sat at this business for over 6 hours to get an alignment. When she drove it her vehicle was still pulling to the right. She called them the next morning saying her vehicle was still pulling to the right and they told her to bring it back in. She took her vehicle back and they told her it would be a 3 hour wait to get her vehicle in. The staff told her they would call her when it was her turn to get her vehicle in. They never called her back. She would not recommend them.

Angela said she was not very happy with the service because this business kept her vehicle for 14 days. For 3 of the days she was given the run around. During two of those 3 days, she didn't like the way she was talked to. She spent $2,500 and was told this facility could give her a loaner vehicle. When she dropped her vehicle off, she was told they did not have a loaner but she could use a rental. She was not happy with the way the employees played on their words of loaner vehicle and rental. At this time, she would not recommend this business for service.

Jamilia said she was told her vehicle would be ready by noon the next day. She arrived 10 minutes earlier than the promised time. The technicians were not working on her vehicle nor was it ready. She and another customer whom also was told to be there at noon sat in the waiting area until 4:00 pm. There were several vehicles coming, being serviced and leaving while they waited. It was not until Frank showed up that the vehicles got done and they were released. She would like to thank Frank, otherwise they would have had to continue to wait. She was having her brake line repaired. The average cost of the repair in the area is less than $200. She may have been overcharged at the rate of $400. The technicians have bad customer service skills. If the vehicle is not going to be delivered on time, they should contact the customer and let them know so other arrangements can be made. She was 2 hours late getting to work.
