New better than old!
I used to bring my cars to Santa Rosa Hyundai where I bought my car. But I found the service department to clanging dramatically over the last few years. I decided to try Petaluma Hyundai and I absolutely love their service department.

NICK & BRYAN - EXCELLENCE IN SERVICE!!!!!!!!
Since Nick has been the service manager for the Petaluma Hyundai location, I kept returning as a very satisfied customer due to his leadership and team always providing excellent and transparent service without hidden agendas.

I recently learned this location is closing shop and will no longer be providing service to the regular customers. It was disappointing and upsetting to hear as Nick and his team kept me coming back for service instead of looking elsewhere. Further, the lack of communication and transparency to regular customer informing them as such is disrespectful.

It’d be difficult to make recommendation to others, when the “heart” of returning were the staff that worked there.

good customer service, fast service answered questions, open Saturdays for those of us whom work.
They found a screw in my tire and told me to take it to a tire shop. I left and went right away to have it checked out. Glad they found it for me, I would not have known. Luckily it was a very small screw and did not puncture the tire, so nothing needed to be done. I told check in person, please do not change air cabin filter and air filter as I was going to do them myself. Dealer charge was high for that service. I learned how easy it is to change them. That request was honored and it saved me money. Next time I will make sure my window washer fluid is full when I bring it in they charged me $2.00 to fill, that seemed petty. Overall, I am very happy, car is still new and does not need much maintenance yet. Time will tell with wear and tear, If I can keep using the dealership for maintenance when the car needs more work and costs go up? My coupon was honored and that is the main reason I come back.

The only thing I was curious about, is my car was not due for an oil change until September, yet one was done again? Not sure why they would do it again so soon.

Tire air pressure was supposed to be checked. By law it was supposed to be check. The forms recieved after the service said the pressure was checked and read 36 across the board. I checked the pressure after the servicing. Pressure was 32 -34-33-33. The pressure was clearly not checked. It makes call into question the entire servicing. I was also supposed to have an oil change and the fluids topped off. I'm planning on getting the car looked at by another shop because I'm doubtful these services were performed.

I was also told that the car would be washed and it clearly wasn't.
