The handling of the billing was not up to expectations. The bill reflects a charge of a front wheel alignment. I called because the car is an all wheel drive and asked why all were not done. The response from the person on the phone was we did not even do a wheel alignment. I asked then why was I charged. The response was they will get back to us tomorrow.

No respect for my time
Although Jay's does decent work, they absolutely have no respect for my time. I took my car in for an oil change. I made an appointment. What should have been a 20 minute procedure took 1.5 hours. I could have been doing other things with my time rather than waiting for my car. I assumed that with an appointment my car would have been serviced as soon as I took it in. There's something seriously wrong with the way this place is managed. Either they are incredibly inefficient, they are overbooked, or they just don't care about my business. Either way, I plan to find an alternative next time I need my car serviced.

Professional, Personable and Trustworthy
It's not hard to find superlative words to describe my experiences with the people at Jay's Automotive. Quality proactive automotive care is admittedly expensive but emergency reactive care is more so in many ways. I have found a reliable quality team at Jay's to meet all my automotive service needs. They flat out take care of my vehicles in a proactive way so that I am never blindsided by unexpected expenses and surprise mechanical issues. I service my new cars and my old cars there. The prices are fair and the work is of the highest caliber. I recommend you talk to the front desk team and listen to them. If you need to talk to their mechanics, just ask them. They will take you through a careful analysis of what you need , why you need it and what different alternatives exist for your situation. I never feel pressured by this organization but I always feel grateful that they are in business near me. Thanks Jason, Carson, Jay and your whole team.

Excellent Service Once Again
I drove my Tahoe to Jay's for an oil change and diagnostic for a possible starter problem. Jay's offered a loaner car, but instead I opted to have someone drive me home, which they did. By the end of the day, the oil change had been done, and Jay's had tested my Tahoe for the suspected mechanical problem. Nothing was found, so Jay's ethically did not install a starter nor did they charge me for the diagnostics. If the problem continues, I will simply return to Jay's for more examination. Jay's Automotive consists of a group of honest and knowledgeable professionals. I recommend them highly.
