Service
The handling of the billing was not up to expectations. The bill reflects a charge of a front wheel alignment. I called because the car is an all wheel drive and asked why all were not done. The response from the person on the phone was we did not even do a wheel alignment. I asked then why was I charged. The response was they will get back to us tomorrow.

No respect for my time
Although Jay's does decent work, they absolutely have no respect for my time. I took my car in for an oil change. I made an appointment. What should have been a 20 minute procedure took 1.5 hours. I could have been doing other things with my time rather than waiting for my car. I assumed that with an appointment my car would have been serviced as soon as I took it in. There's something seriously wrong with the way this place is managed. Either they are incredibly inefficient, they are overbooked, or they just don't care about my business. Either way, I plan to find an alternative next time I need my car serviced.

Frank said even though he had an appointment, he had to wait an hour and a half before they started working on his vehicle. He discovered when he got home that they didn't check the fluids. His radiator fluid container was empty and their prices are high.

Jay's is GREAT
Fast, reliable, trustworthy, and thorough. Jay's provides complete auto repair service. That is why when we had a vehicle breakdown in Denver we got it back to Eaton so Jay's could take care of it. Jay's even had a loaner car for us to use while they worked on our vehicle.

Very good. The people were so kind and helpful, told me what was wrong and how long it would be. They even cleaned my car! Thank you so much.
The people there were very kind when I stopped late evening on Dec.21, and made an apt. for me on Jan. 2nd as soon as possible. The mechanics did a good job, and the man who called me to tell me other things needed to be done was very helpful, and explained what all was going to be done. I appreciated that they even vacuumed out the car. I am so glad we have Jay's in Eaton, as then I don't have to find another place farther away. Very good job all of the people there.

Best auto service business in No Co
From the owner to the management team and especially the technicians this place can't be beat. They do it right ,on time, professionally and friendly. They listen to you and care about doing things correctly. It's rare to find this kind of quality and trust in a business these days. Try them once and I'll bet you'll come back again and again.

Many years of great service
We've been customers of Jay's Auto since the company opened in 2008. And while I no longer live in the area, my son still does, and recently had problems with his vehicle. Jay's continues to provide top-notch service with integrity and a personal touch. I'm grateful they still can take care of my family members.
