We tried to call you for follow up but the number we have on file is restricted. Please contact us if there is something we can do to prevent you from going elsewhere. I WAS ENCOURAGED TO PURCHASE WARRANTY INSURANCE BY MICHAEL AND MARK. WE WERE TOLD WE HAD TO PURCHASE IT THAT DAY BUT THAT WE HAD 60 DAYS TO CANCEL IT IF WE CHANGED OUR MIND. WE SIGNED UP BUT WERE NOT GIVEN LITERATURE WHICH EXPLAINED THE CONTRACT AND ITS BENEFITS NOR WERE WE INFORMED ABOUT DEDUCTIBLES OR LENGTH OF POLICY AVAILABLE. NEXT DAY WE FIGURED OUT IT WAS ONLY FOR 5 YEARS AND $200 DEDUCTIBLE, WHICH IS NOT ADEQUATE FOR OUR DRIVING HABITS. WE CANCELLED THE INSURANCE THE NEXT DAY. WHEN WE GOT IN THE CAR WE REALIZED WE DIDN'T HAVE THE CODE FOR THE KEYLESS ENTRY. WHEN I WENT BACK INTO THE DEALERSHIP AND ASKED, MICHAEL SAID WE DON'T HAVE IT YOU'LL HAVE TO GO TO A FORD DEALERSHIP. WE WENT TO FORD AND PAID $35 TO HAVE THEM GET US THE CODE. WE LIKE THE CAR BUT OUR BASE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY NEGATIVE WITH THE SALES PEOPLE.
ASH AND TAMMY WERE VERY HELPFUL AT RESOLVING OUR ISSUES, BUT I WOULD NOT SEND MY FRIENDS TO THOSE SALES PEOPLE.
We truly try to reduce wait times. This can be tougher when completing a service on a Non Honda Vehicle. Al lot of wait time is for filters and correct oil. We will keep working at improving.
As described in the above concern. We definitely were unable to duplicate this concern. The system work with a very low voltage. The metal hanging could ( just a thought) cause a small voltage charge when the vehicle is moving. This was just a thought that is it. Our suggestion was not to remove the items completely but, rather remove them for a short period of time.

Check out our Express service drive camera, also found in the "Service" drop down. This will allow you to see how many vehicles are waiting in the Express Service Line. The average service takes 38 minutes in this lane. Make sure to refresh when leaving the camera up.

With our first come first serve system if we are busy wait times can become longer. Feel free to call ahead of time to see what our wait time is like for oil changes. We strive for 5 star service and we hope to earn that from you next time!

So in short we got a nice smaller suv with 24k miles and will be trading it in for a BMW probably in a year.
