My traction control system light kept coming on when it wasn’t supposed to and my check engine light was also on. Steve found that my brakes needed recalibrated and he found some broken wiring and fixed the problem. They charged me significantly less than quoted and the free 35 point inspection discovered a tire wear/front end alignment problem I didn’t realize I had. I’ll need to take it to Walt’s or Les Schwann to be aligned, but appreciate the inspection and clear photos. He also discovered my oil pressure switch was leaking and was able to order the part same day and clean up the link. These guys are professional, courteous and do good work and they are fair to deal with. I have tried five or six auto repair shops in the Yelm area and have had the most satisfying results with Turner Automotive.

I recently scheduled my 75,000 mile tuneup at Turner’s Automotive on my 2016 Mazda CX5. They are always very professional and courteous. And best part was the final amount of money was less then my estimate. You don’t find that at many places these days. Thank you all and I’ll be back!

Very knowledgeable and respectful staff. I have never felt so well informed by an automotive repair business! And everyone I spoke with was pleasant and sincerely ready to fix the problems! I will take my car there from now on! And I will also recommend them to friends.

They found a short in my electrical system in no time at all. I take all my rigs here. They are great at what they do.

One of my future ex-friends, master of stolen valor, says his grease 'n awl service at Walt's, Yelm, WA, comes with free tar rotation. [probably graduated H. S. with him in '52.] He went in with his helmet on--enjoyed it. Some of my fellow travelers say $70 + is too expensive, though they wouldn't do the task for themselves or anyone else for any price. It's not my Subaru Outback that I love so much; I wish I had a Spankervision Video of me learning to push the button sideways and to the left to open the glove box.

Great staff — everyone was super nice! It’s hard to find not only a good mechanic, but one who is respectful and not pushy. As a female who admittedly doesn’t know much about vehicles, I really appreciated that they didn’t talk down to me, which was a big requirement I had when looking for a new mechanic. They even looked for mice in the cab for me! 😄
