I dropped my truck off for my Monday morning appointment. They were able to find the problem(s) and gave me a call an hour after opening. They gave me the rundown of my front and back bearing issues and gave me my options. Had both passenger side bearings done as well as rear brakes. No pressure to do any of the work and they kept me informed of when the work would be completed. Good shop, happy customer.

They discovered what the noise was my car was making. I had just bought tires and the lug nuts were not tightened properly. Very quick service to replace my rear brakes and I thought at a very reasonable cost.

I’ve been to Smitty’s twice now. Both times, serious van issues were addressed and fixed within a week. My most recent maintenance issue was with the shocks and suspension in my van.
