Yuri said she was pleased overall with everything, but the only thing she didn't like was how long the service took. She dropped her vehicle off at 10AM and was told it would be ready early afternoon. When 4:30PM rolled around, she had to call the business to figure out when it would be done.

Thank you for coming in to have your vehicle serviced with us, we do greatly appreciate your business. Unfortunately sometimes things come up or we have issues with getting the right parts, we do apologize for taking so long, the turning of the rotors can sometimes can take longer than expected. We have discussed the issue you preseneted with our staff and are working on improving (time wise) with somethings. I'm just glad we were able to get your vehicle back to you the same day.
