I had never been to Sun mark, so as always I was leery of going there as a needed a new mechanic. The gentleman that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and took care of my Jeep with his expertise. I am very satisfied and I will return. And it helps that my mechanic also owns a Jeep so I feel 100 times more comfortable. Would highly recommend

Brought the car to the shop to have the shifter cable replaced. Upon driving it there, the serpentine belt came off and lost all power steering. He diagnosed it and not only did I have to replace the shifter cable, I had a bad idler arm pulley and a bad power steering pulley. He saved me some money by welding them . Thank you

Fortunately I had an extra yellow bulb for my left front turn signal fir my 201Hyundai. Seems both the front and back get burned out from time to time. On Monday AM I called and talked with Amber. She was able to make an appointment for me at 10:30 AM on Tuesday. I told her that I wanted to wait for the work to be done. I arrived just before 10:30 AM and was out by 11:00 AM. Great cooperation from Amber and the mechanic and I am confident the work was done professionally. I have been taking my cars to Mark for over 15 years and am always satisfied.
