WE ALWAYS TRY TO REPAIR OUR CUSTOMERS CARS RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AND WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE WE THINK HIGHLY OF ARE CUSTOMERS WITHOUT YOU WE COULD NOT BE HERE.

Marvin as for a est for a window regulator and motor we the car came in to the shop to replace the window regulator and motor we took the door pannel of and found that we the regulator work it broke and damaged the wind track broke the glass window. os we toll Marvin he would have to fix track and replae window glass he authorized the repairs in the amount of $700.00.
I call Marvin talked about the situation and he said he was confused when he was talking to the survey people and said he remembers now that he authorizing the repairs now and he is with the repairs and will be back for more service.
