Chris said that when went to pick up vehicle the owner had copped an attitude and had an attitude the entire time. It would be nice if the staff took care of their customers a little better. The customer had walked in and he said he was there to pick up the vehicle. He was told he had to pay for it first and had already spoken to the person to take care of payment. After this was explained, the employee still had an attitude so he won't be going back to the facility for service.

Doug said service was fine, it was good service but it was over priced. He was able to find the same service with the same stuff for half the price they quoted him. They charged $60 to inspect his vehicle. He was not informed of the charged prior to the inspection.

Very dissatisfied
I was not happy with my recent visit and will probably not be bringing my vehicle back. I brought it in for a specific reason and was charged $100.00 for someone to check to see why there is a shimmy in my steering. Why the techs ALWAYS go through an entire vehicle inspection when it was brought in for a specific reason is beyond me. And to charge $100.00 for a basic inspection is just ridiculous. Also requested an estimate to be sent to my email acct which I have never received.

Good service but ask first
The work performed was good but the extra work done was unexpected and not approved. The time you rotated my tires without me requesting them be rotated was irritating. This time you charged for a reset without letting me know. I changed my cabin filter myself is discovering you had been going into my glovebox to photograph it to convince me to change it. I did not care for that either.

Great service on battery replacement. Miss-lead on tire repair
Brought our vehicle in to have the battery replaced and a slow leak in one of the tires replaced. They tested the charging system and discovered the battery needed to be replaced. This seemed reasonable as we've been having issues with the battery holding a charge. They looked at the tire and determined the leak was not fixable and the tire needed to be replaced for $250 plus labor. I elected to take the vehicle to the place where we originally purchased the tires to see if there was any warranty left. They took a look and said the leak was easily patch-able so there wasn't a charge. Maybe the person performing the service at Wille's wasn't as experienced, but I was a little disappointed as if I wouldn't have gotten a second opinion we would have ended up replacing the tire.

Our intent is to never sell someone something they don’t need. We are sorry that you’re disappointed with our decision. We have responsibilities to our customers and other drivers on the road to do proper repairs. We do have guidelines with tire repairs and follow Rubber Manufacturer’s Association procedures.

Could we patch it? Yes.

Would we be following Rubber Manufacturer’s Association procedures? No.

pleased but improvement possible
I was pleased by the thoroughness of our last visit. However, I would have appreciated a heads up before everything was fixed as to how much each issue would cost. We did not get a breakdown until after we paid the bill, and we would have done one of the items ourselves had we known how much the labor would be. Still, happy with the service, and we will know to press for more answers next time.

Check Engine light
The Check Engine light lit up on the dash of my wife's car.. Took it to Gary Willie's to have it fixed.... and for an oil change and new wiper blades... Car back now ... runs like a top!... something about a solenoid in the emissions system stuck open, needed replacing...

Highly communicative and Easy to Work With!
Absolutely loved working with Gary Willes. They caught me in a bind, and my wheel alignment was completely messed up. They were close, and the Google reviews looked good....so I checked them out. The minute I spoke with them, I was floored by their customer service. Super professional, and super transparent about their cost and timelines. $619 for a busted wheel and realignment, and it only took 2 days to fix. Not bad! Will definitely be using these guys again.

Absolutely love this place. Tyler is a big reason we come, but all of the staff are knowledgeable, courteous and make it a great experience coming here. You guys truly epitomize what customer service is all about. Our entire family uses Gary Willy's. The prices are reasonable and the amount of information and data you get about your vehicle is impressive. They never oversell, are honest and up front and we always feel confident in taking our vehicles here.
