Ken Palman was able to schedule me around my work schedule. He is polite and professional without being stuffy. Ken took the time to explain what maintenance is needed next and why? The work was done in a reasonable amount of time.

Scheduling Repairs in a Timely Manner
Recently, our Santa Fe needed front axle kits. Luckily, it was still under warranty. However, we encountered a problem with one - after only a few days. This meant another trip to the garage, to seek the problem. One of the axles was faulty, and the packed in grease had spurted out. Another axle was ordered, and yet another trip had to be made. But all in all, we were taken care of in a timely manner. They accommodate to our schedules, and fit us in for an appointment. This has been a good vehicle, and we intend to have it for a while. Thank-you, Carbone Hyundai of Bennington!

Wait time too long
If I'm there on time for my appointment, I expect that my appointment will be on time, especially when it's 9 a.m. and not later in the day when things tend to get backed up. To sit for two hours waiting for an inspection was a little much, I think I could've gotten it done much quicker elsewhere.

 Yes indeed so sorry for the delay getting you checked in at 9:21, we were dealing with the snow issue and, Jason being
out sick. Again, very sorry for the delay getting you checked in.
We finished the vehicle and got the paperwork finished at 10:00, but had another customer to check in right then , so you were delayed a few more minutes. I'm not making excuses, just trying to let you know what the circumstances indeed were. So once again I, apologize and promise to always give you Five Star Service to the best of our ability..My most sincere apologies again, and dedication to doing our absolute best..
