Baylee said he had to bring the vehicle back five times because the staff kept skipping steps. He had to take at least five trips to the business. He had the coolant system replaced and they forgot to bleed the system, so he had to take it back. There was a thermostat that the staff missed and that needed to be replaced as well. The vehicle still needs to be fixed, but he refuses to bring it back. Before this experience, he would have recommended the business but he would not recommend them now.

Great Experiences Here For My Whole Family!
Recently needed a new set of tires. I shopped around prior to heading to Boy Scout Tire & Auto, but was receiving the run around from the big retailers. I finally called my dad, who uses BST&A for everything, and he suggested that I call Nick or Nolan to get a price. I spoke to Nick. He was fair, direct with what he could do, and when he could do it. I not only bought the tires, got the wheels aligned, but I got my oil and filter changed for half the price of Jiffy Lube, as well as they changed a faulty blinker prior to the job (so I could leave for vacation without being a traffic hazard to others), and I got my air filter changed. I got this all done for cheaper than the next least expensive quote, and they were just quoting tires.
The best part wasn’t the price. The best part was that I then asked Nick about servicing my 2016 Tundra. I had went through my warranty service very quick and I needed to get the fluids and hoses checked. My truck is a year and a half old, but has 62K miles on it, so I need it top notch. When prodded to service my vehicle, Nick informed me that these, otherwise, paid services from the dealer, such as checking my hoses, belts and fluids were checked for free during my oil changes, and if necessary, I would be given an estimate for any needed services. Otherwise, they would not charge me for unnecessary service items.
On the day of my service, my truck was completed within 6 hours, and I was notified to come pick it up. The bill was paid, and I am now on a program that keeps my service records electronically stored. This is great. My medical records are done this way. Why shouldn’t my auto service records be kept this way? If I go to sell my vehicle, or if I have an issue in the future, the electronic method is a more efficient way of locating all of the relevant information.
