Larry said someone from this business did a car wash after his oil was changed. They did such a terrible job that when he was driving home, with the sun in his face, it made it difficult for him to see.

I actually look forward to getting my car serviced at German Auto. I love the clean and comfortable waiting area, stocked with good reading material, coffee, waters, and snacks. The people are absolutely professional, warm, and friendly.

This place is great. The staff is very honest and to the point. German cars can be expensive to maintain and this shop is reasonable and great with communicating what needs to be done now and what can wait. I am a bit of a gearhead and am knowledgeable enough to know if someone is attempting to sell me service that is unnecessary.. Yiu won't get that here. The staff may tell you things you don't want to hear but it is honest and for the overall good of the car being serviced. I love my Audis and this is the only place I will take my cars to .

Every time I've brought my 2011 Volkswagen Jetta to this shop, I've felt like I've received top-notch customer service. They are honest and reliable... what more can you ask for? I also really appreciate that they provide a courtesy inspection complete with pictures. I don't know any other shop that does this. They are awesome.
