Troy said he took his vehicle in for an overheating problem. They gave it back with a gallon and a half low on fluid, and without the reservoir cap on. He will never go back.

Transmission work
Went from Ohio to Alexandria to visit family and transmission was acting up. Took this place of business and was told it was fixed. Headed back to Ohio and got as far as Tuscaloosa Alabama and the fixed transmission started doing the exact same thing and was barely able to get off the highway. Went to a transmission shop and was told it was ruined and had to have one shipped from the nearest location which was SC. After 3,800 plus the 1,200 Daryl's charged me and said it was fixed plus 600.00 for a motel room I am totally beside myself and stuck with having to pay out just to make it home when it wasn't fixed correctly the first time. Called them three times and was told the owner would call me back as I feel since the work was done correctly the first time I should have at least half of the 1,200 payed back. Never have heard back from them. I rate them a one star because it won't allow a zero!!!!!

It was horrible
I brought my car to and you said that you could fix you had my car longer than you said that it would take to fix it after you said it was fix I had to bring it back to you twice after that and AV still didn't get cold I would recommend your business to anyone no thanks

Steven said he told the business about the issue he was having with his vehicle not shifting right. They instead fixed the idle motor and charged him a lot more money. They told him that his vehicle was still not shifting right and it had something to do with the transmission. He is mechanically inclined and knows that it is not his transmission. He would not recommend them for these reasons.

Charge problem
Mercury villager....Darrels call by phone say repair price $450 , but when we come in for picked up....price jump up to $638 ??why ?

The vehicle was diagnosed as needing a wiring harness repair at two of the injectors and this was the price given.  While doing the repair two injectors were found to need replacing.  One of these was done under warranty and there was no charge for it.  The other was a new issue and had to be addressed for the vehicle to run.  The vechicle was already taken apart for the repair and the work was done without charging any additional labor.  Due to a miscommunication issue a phone call was not made to notify the customer.  The price of the injector is what made the price higher.  If the technician had put it all back together without putting the new injector the vehicle would not have run correctly.  We do apologize for the communicaiton error.

Eric said he brought his vehicle into the business to have his check engine and traction control looked at. He said he just received his vehicle back a few days ago and feels like nothing has changed from the time he dropped his vehicle off at the business to the time they had the vehicle to conduct the repairs. He stated he feels like nothing had been done on his vehicle. He is not happy with the fact he had to bring his vehicle back for a second time. He either wants them to fix his vehicle correctly or put the old parts back in and give him his money back. He has spent $742 on the repairs, just to bring the vehicle back. He would not recommend the business for service.

Sylvia said it took this business a long time to figure out what was wrong with her vehicle. The air conditioning is still not working. She is going to have someone else look at it. She would not recommend them to others because she does not think they diagnosed her vehicle properly and they did not give her a good vibe when she was at their facility. She does not want to return to them because of how long they took during this experience. She spent $785 to fix the vehicle and her air conditioning is still not working.

Lack of attention
Battery had tested poor, in need of replacement a couple days prior and yet they waited till I arrived to tell me battery needed to be replaced. No one noticed that the state required inspection had not been done. There was absolutely no suggestive sales made.
