You said your truck ran worse when it left than when you brought it in, not so good! But when I looked up your invoice I noticed that you didn't get any of the repairs done that we recommended. I see that the spark plugs are worn out, the ignition wires and coil boots are arcing, mass air flow sensor is dirty along with cracking serpentine belts and an overdue timing belt! Oh my!
Had these repairs been done I gurantee you would have ben overjoyed by the way your truck ran when you left but left the way it is it's no wonder that the truck doesn't run well. I hope you'll give us the chance to proove it!

When I looked at the invoice for the work you had done I didn't see anything out of the ordinary. I've tried to call you a couple times today but unsuccessfully. I can't tell you how sorry I am for your incident. Please understand that while we can check the tread depth and tire pressure, we don't really have a way to check for tire delamination. Delamination isn't typically obvious when a car is on a rack for an oil change. Usually a tire will need to be spun and checked for being out of round, not something that's done during an oil change.
Once again, I'm sorry for your tire problems but it would have been very unlikely that anyone could have found this issue during an oil change. Please don't hesitate to call me if you think there is anything I can do.
