Hey Jaime! Good morning! Thanks for the review and I appreciate the 5 star rating.
You said your truck ran worse when it left than when you brought it in, not so good! But when I looked up your invoice I noticed that you didn't get any of the repairs done that we recommended. I see that the spark plugs are worn out, the ignition wires and coil boots are arcing, mass air flow sensor is dirty along with cracking serpentine belts and an overdue timing belt! Oh my!
Had these repairs been done I gurantee you would have ben overjoyed by the way your truck ran when you left but left the way it is it's no wonder that the truck doesn't run well. I hope you'll give us the chance to proove it!

Lorenzo said this business got the job done but the guy who was helping him did not explain why he was doing the things he was doing. He got the impression he was rushing him. When he got the receipt he saw he had paid for blue dye even though he was never told he needed blue dye.

James said the business provided very poor service. During the time they had his vehicle they put the wrong oil in his vehicle. He called them out about it, and the attendant he had been working with during that time wanted to argue with him about the wrong oil being put into his vehicle. He scheduled an appointment with the business and they postponed his appointment without his knowledge and without notifying him of the change. They are a very unorganized business and it took them an hour to do his oil change. They also argue with the customers if they are called out on a mistake they have made. He will not be returning to the business for further services and he would not recommend the business for service

Put my family in danger
I went for an oil change, to check my tires, change headlight and to check overall safety of my car. several hours later i was told they needed yet another hour to change the light bulb. so asked if they checked the tires and was told yes they are perfect a lot of thread left and pressure was good as well. Thankfully i have learned to record all my business transactions. But that did not save me when my tire blew couple of days later. Discount tire showed me that the tire was actually separating and the other was a lot worse hence is blew. I almost got hit by a semi with my kid in the car. i only damaged the side of my passenger door and lost a mirror. They never checked the tires and outright lied putting my family in danger. not to speak of the damage i will have to pay to fix my car due to their dishonesty. I will need to change my oil and filter since i doubt they have done that either. please avoid this place if you value your safety.

I can't tell you how sorry I am for your incident. Please understand that while we can check the tread depth and tire pressure, we don't really have a way to check for tire delamination. Delamination isn't typically obvious when a car is on a rack for an oil change. Usually a tire will need to be spun and checked for being out of round, not something that's done during an oil change.
Once again, I'm sorry for your tire problems but it would have been very unlikely that anyone could have found this issue during an oil change. Please don't hesitate to call me if you think there is anything I can do.

Very Professional and Affordable
I've only been here once for an oil change but will definitely be back. Very affordable pricing for a professional shop. They even tried to talk me into less expensive options than I had originally planned on. I'm certain they will only recommend parts and services that are actually needed and nothing more. I would highly recommend them to anyone for simple maintenance or major repairs.

Best Car Care Ever!
From the moment I walked in to ask for an appointment to when I drove away, I always felt like Dave and his team were knowledgeable and were going to give me the best service! Ther even have a sign on their window that states that they won’t charge you for unnecessary parts. If it’s not broke, why fix it? Dave let me know exactly what he would recommend for my car and checked everything out. 10/10 will go again!

Best oil change in town
Friendly helpful staff achieving my oil change goal with no hard sells, just good old fashioned excellent customer service and offer a while made cookie from the owners wife. My new go to shop
