Conner said the service at this business was prompt and friendly however, there were a few hiccups. They were supposed to be done a couple of days beforehand but they were not. This was not their fault. They also made an error in the repair to his fuel pump. He was driving to Atlanta with a quarter tank of gasoline, when he ran out. He smelled a strong gasoline smell coming from the engine and it was also leaking from the vehicle. This was unacceptable, because anything could have gone wrong, causing a big catastrophe such as a spark or an accident igniting the vehicle. He is looking for a full refund for the repair this business did, the costs of towing and the cost of having it repaired at an Infinity dealership in Atlanta.

Disappointed
Disappointed in that the original diagnosis--that the AC was freezing up and the system needed to be renewed--was incorrect. On 2nd visit, mechanic noticed a problem with the hose. Would not have invested in the attempt, had I known that. Result: $275 for nothing. Right where I started because mechanic did not see a problem 12" from the freon container--an integral part of the system he was working on.

Jim said that this business incorrectly diagnosed the problem with the air conditioner in his vehicle. He had to wait at their facility for five hours. They told him they thought they had it fixed, but they did not. They had to order a part, which required him to come back the next day. His experience with them was not good, and he will not return to them again. He would not recommend them to others. He said he would not say anything bad about them, but would not specifically tell someone to go there due to reasons already stated.

Buddy said he brought his vehicle in to this business for service. The employee who worked on the vehicle took it for 45 minutes, then came back without diagnosing the problem. He said he feels like he got cheated out of his money because they charged him for a full hour even though a diagnosis was not reached. He would not recommend them to others for the reasons mentioned.

Decent service bad diagnostics.
I went to go get my oil change and get a inspection on my vehicle. They said my diferantal was leaking pretty badly. So ask for a estimate, and time table, they were only off by nearly 50% and well it seemed that they did not know what was going on with my vehicle. For a Oil Change they do a great job, but when it came to fixing my Vehicle not so much.

Best Mechanics In Town!!!!!!
I have been coming to Whitt's for all my auto service needs for 20 years. I brought my 2010 Nissan Murano in for a brake job and they had it done in under 2 hours. I was back on the road with a car in perfect condition and I am very happy. Thank you so much!

Professional and friendly
I have been using Whitt’s for years. They are always professional and friendly. Call and make an appointment and they are ready to take your car for the repair. I had an oil change and I waited only 30 minutes while the work was completed. Very reasonably priced as there was a coupon in local newspaper. Thanks as always!

David was very helpful and responsive to our needs
Our son is a freshman at the university and as newcomers to the area we had no idea who to turn to when my son’s car broke down and needed service. Having found Whitt’s advertisement and reviews online, we called to inquire about service. David Whitt arranged for towing and stayed in constant communication with us during the determination of the repairs and then the repairs themselves. We appreciated his thoroughness and recommendations. The cost to us was also much less than we had anticipated.
My family would highly recommend David Whitt and his staff and will definitely bring our car back to him if the necessity arises.
