I'm 100% satisfied with Rony's Repair Shop. I've been going there since 2018 and have been very satisfied. I'm so happy I tried them. They are the best repair shop I have ever been to. They are honest and excellent mechanics.

I have so many good things to say about Rony's and its Service Manager Mario that I'm stymied on how to summarize my remarks. My first service/repair at Rony's was last week, on June 24. The service was for a radiator replacement and an oil change. Prior to that service, and prior to receiving any money from me, Rony's kindly diagnosed the issue with the radiator and inspected my car free of charge. Mario, busy as he was, generously answered my endless which resulted from a tizzy I'd gotten myself into over something I'd read in Bimmerpost. Mario answered my questions in a gentlemanly, patient, and respectful way. Satisfied I'd left no stone unturned, I scheduled my 6/24 appointment. That appointment was stressless - and was even fun! It was very different from what I'd been experiencing at the auto place I've been going to for the last several years, and where I've spent many thousands of dollars. In contrast to Rony's, the previous shop charged a fee for diagnosing issues and my questions were usually answered with condescension. It was when I at last got fed up with the condescension that I sought out another repair shop. As for pricing, the quote the previous shop had given me for the labor on replacing the radiator was way more than what Rony's charged me. But, most importantly, I'm confident that in Rony's I've found a competent and honest auto shop at which I will not be talked into unnecessary repairs. I will definitely return to Rony's for future repairs.

Mario helped me by not only fixing my car issue but educating me as well. Professional service and I look forward to coming for regular maintenance.

Rony kindly gave my car a no charge inspection. The cause of my coolant leak was clearly explained and I was given a write up recommended repair. It was a pleasant no pressure experience. I went home and looked over the paperwork and have decided to proceed with the recommended repair.
