My salesman was great. Very responsive to my concerns, especially in light of the chip shortage resul
ting in a vehicle shortage. Different from many dealerships they were not asking for added dealer markup. They sold the Santa Cruz for MSRP. And I did not have to suffer through hours of sitting at a desk while my salesman had to go speak to a manager. Most of the tedious paperwork was done online. Even the finance guy was really good. He listened to me, offered me various options but there was no painful hard sell. I would certainly buy another car from them in the future, maybe an electric Ioniq 6. Worth the 30 minute drive away from the various automobile rows in San Jose, Santa Clara and Fremont, all who wanted a $3,000 to $5,000 mark up.
