2017 X3 was experiencing battery drainage while stopped and a multitude of electrical malfunctions. I
t took a couple of visits to Ed’s to determine cause, but that’s because they tried to fix it via easiest (least expensive) option. After other potential fixes failed to solve the problem, it was determined that my faulty alternator (rather expensive part) had to be replaced. Voila, problem solved. Runs like a charm. Thanks Ed’s!

My wife had a flat tire today, so I had to go and help her as she was stranded with one of the kids.
Our jack was missing a piece, so I stopped by Zion and David offered to help me out. He left his shop, brought a jack, and helped me put on the spare. After that he called and found me a great deal on two new tires that were long overdue. He even showed me that the car really needed a brake job, so I made an appointment to come in next week. They go above and beyond to help out their customers.

I have a really old car from 2005, so it’s expected that my car needs a bit more maintenance nowadays
than it used to. This is the second time I’ve taken my car to Hye Tech, and they are always so kind, professional, and I feel like they really look out for me and my car! I need to replace a lot of stuff in the car, and John gave me the option of what I should fix (like what is a top priority) and he gave me accurate pricing before he and his team worked on my car. One of the parts I needed was going to be over $2,000, but John found a good one at a good price for almost half the cost. I never feel like they are ripping me off here. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I trust John and the Hye Tech team to never overcharge or trick me into things I need to fix in the car. Will be coming back if I have any more car troubles!
