I love sending my trucks here. They always do a great job. They do the work we ask, they keep an ey
e out for things we may not be aware of and they are super friendly to deal with. I never feel like its a burden to give them my money and I never feel like they are selling me anything. I highly recommend supporting local businesses like The Muffler Shop. They have a great reputation for doing great work and are easy to work with.
Peterson"s Automotive-The best automotive repair in town.
Peterson's Automotive is where I will always take my vehicles to be repaired. Dennis & Jake are both
very knowledgeable and I know that I won't be ripped off by some unscrupulous scum bag that is telling me something is wrong when it's not. The prices are fair and you know that the work will be done correctly the first time.
My check engine light came on. My dealer had a long waitlist. So i cam across Grease Monkey on Yelp.
The reviews did not lie. After checking my car, I was told what repair was needed and that my car warranty was still in effect. They had it ready to go after the weekend as promised. This wil be my go to place from now on.
After the check engine light came on I had the diagnostic run and it stated a misfire on cylinder 3.
Could have been a spark plug, ignition coil or fuel injector. I took the Jeep to Johnny’s and he spent a lot of time trouble shooting and replacing the fuel injector still had a problem so he dug into the electrical system and nothing. Being this is a 3 year old vehicle it didn’t make sense it could be the motor, but Johnny took the step to check compression and to his and my surprise, it’s the motor. It doesn’t stop there because Johnny and his team researched an emissions warranty and drive train warranty. He could have easily said he needed to replace the motor. This stand up small business man took the high road and I have an appointment with Jeep next week to replace the motor under warranty. Johnny’s has won a long term customer in me and everyone I speak to about this experience.
