I sit here now and text feeling happy and absolutely confident that the work done on my car was absol
utely necessary and every effort was made to ensure the execution of a job well done. It took more time than I would have liked to be without a vehicle but I to accept the shop is closed on weekends and complete and thorough jobs take time. There was an open line of communication during the entire time frame of repair. Picked up the car today; drove it around and felt secure because of the disappearance of rumblings. It was a nice smooth ride around town and back home. Thank you very, very much for your service. Fortunate BT Service Staff is competent and reliable .
