unreasonable amount of time. Kept me updated with changes and I never felt that I was held in the dark. I went to Firestone prior for a three grand power streering job. Borker notified me of a rack and pinion leak that was apparently not fixed or done correctly at Firestone. There are so many horrible hack jobs out there. Borker is not one of those shops.
