There are three terrific things about The Auto Shop. One is that they always take you seriously, and
don't try to upsell you. Two is that they do excellent work; I've never had to have redone any work they've done for me. Three is that they're quite reasonably priced. My biggest beef is that when they had to leave downtown, they moved farther from me instead of closer. Boo!
I been there many times , and always had satisfied results. I am always explained to on what's going
on with my vehicle and it never takes long . I always leave there happy and satisfied. I would refer a friend and family members. Great trusted services and fair.
Frank and his father-in-law are mechanics with hearts who run an incredibly tight ship. I took my old
beater 2001 Buick Century into this amazing little shop because it was hemorrhaging oil and making crazy noises. Frank immediately put my mind at ease with his calm and cool demeanor. I immediately trusted him and I'm certainly glad that I did. I was literally expecting to be hit with a bill that I couldn't afford due to the age of the car and the severity of the issues it had. Instead, Frank worked for hours to diagnose my car and to crunch numbers. He devised a best "bang for your buck" strategy to get my octogenarian hooptie back on I-10 where it belongs cheaply and quickly. The dollar figure Frank gave me for the repair literally took my breathe away. I am paying about 20 percent of what I believe this repair is really worth on the open market. These are mechanics (humans) with integrity and a true passion for what they do. Thanks again Frank!!!
Scott and the rest of his team are REAL STRAIGHT SHOOTERS. You may not like the answer on what NEEDS
to be done to your vehicle, but they do their best to find everything and be transparent about everything that need to be done and work with you to get it fixed within your budget.
Scott's team is so dang good because they focus on their passion and service.... YOU and YOUR VEHICLE!
