Did this shop was the only shop that would give me a reasonable estimate estimate and had time to tak
e me take me I thought my Duramax water pump was out.
I had replaced that thermostat housing and there wasn't owing that that I thought that old one was fine but it started leaking right after I replaced the housing .
I am giving them a good rating for one reason they could have easily charged me and replaced my water pump but it did not need replacing they were honest and told me it's not leaking from your water pump so if I had taken the time to put the opening and I would have saved myself the myself $800
But they had the tools to pressure test my whole cooling system and tell me the truth so for that I will say they are a good shop.
The mechanic did hang up on me once.,,,,,
when I had asked him if he used the "bleed screw"
to bleed the air out of the system after finishing
As it said low coolant after driving a few miles.
Their mechanic wasn't aware there was one( it's located on top the thermostat housing)
Well, me a woman telling him the fact,
" click" went phone, he hung up.
That's the only reason I lowered their rating to 4 start.
But it's OKI,
I bled the air out myself of the cooling system lines, on my Duramax.??

My front passenger side suspension was angled bad after hitting an object in the road. I took my vehi
cle to them for the first time because they were highly recommended. I got a diagnosis and repair estimate that afternoon. The control arm and other steering components were damaged. I approved the repairs and got the vehicle back a day and a half later. The only reason I didn't get it back the next afternoon was because one of the components was only available through the dealer. Great work! Great people. Car drives like new!!! Thank you guys!

Found the problem, fixed the problem, great price, great communication
After having two other shops unsuccessfully try to diagnose a transmission problem, I was stumped. Ha
d a recommendation to try Monkey Wrench, and they delivered. They found the problem (a bad computer), fixed it, and kept me up-to-date throughout the process. Very easy to work with, great communication and keeping me up-to-date, and they were very flexible in picking up the vehicle, as I was traveling when it was repaired. Highly recommended.
