Broken catalytic converter fixed...fast and economically.
I thought my catalytic converter had been stolen when I fired up my Volvo. The noise was deafening. B
ut what had actually happened was that the flange of the converter had broken off. Tom quickly diagnosed the problem and sent the part to a muffler shop to be welded back together. What a relief. A new converter (if you can even get one) with installation runs about $2000. Tom got me back on the road for just over $300. I'm thankful for him and for his scheduler, Robert.

The seal on the oil pan on my Ford F-250 was leaking. I went to the local dealership where I have al
ways had the maintenance and repair work done on my vehicle. The same repair had been made by the dealership 25 months and less than 15,000 miles earlier. The manufacturer failed to assist me because it was one month out of warranty on the $6,000+ job, I decided to search elsewhere. Legacy Automotive repaired my vehicle for about one-third of what the dealership charged me. I am very happy with the work performed at Legacy and will be taking my vehicles there for maintenance and repair from now on.
