I had an open estimate for some minor repairs (replacing a piece of seat trim and a failed backup cam
era) waiting on parts. Our son had the vehicle in New Orleans when a window regulator broke, making it impossible to close the driver's window.
He was able to drop the vehicle off at the shop late in the afternoon on Monday. The team ordered a new regulator the next morning (the dealer delivered the seat trim with the regulator) and had all of the work completed by Tuesday afternoon.
Getting the window regulator fixed so quickly protected the vehicle from weather damage and risk of theft or vandalism. Getting the previously quoted work done at the same time was a welcome bonus.
The Lexus Dealership here in Baton Rouge told me they had to replace my tire that had a nail in it. T
hey told me matter of factly that it could not be patched. It was $300 for a new tire. I decided to take it to Jefferson Car Care and they told me it could be patched for $25. It ran for 7,000 more miles. They are always honest with me and never do work I don't need. I totally trust them.
