This month in July came in for an appointment scheduled in June for a car recall and to have the gas
cap replaced. I want to sincerely thank Bobby Brown for his compassion and for his generosity during my visit. He valued me as a whole person by hearing me and addressing my valid concerns. Never did he judge me for my physical identity and for expressing my needs. Thankful my warranty was honored when the dealership was Grossinger. In addition, when I inquired about the courtesy car wash during Grossinger's ownership, he confirmed I was more than welcome to bring my car in as needed for a car wash. Super grateful for Bobby's exceptional relational skills and valuing me as a customer/person. Bobby is an asset to Leader. He personalizes his exceptional customer service skills and makes it his mission to successfully treat people with empathy, like his family and friends. Lastly, appreciated Gabriel's communication while I was sitting in the waiting room about the delay. My visit was ~ 4hrs. Gabriel connecting me to Bobby Brown was perfect. Overall rating 4 stars---service time needs improvement, my recall letter stated the service timeframe should be < than an hour give or take. I was there ~4hrs.

dibly unlucky to have several tire failures due to Chicago's tire eating pot holes. Each time Walter, their service manager got a replacement tire almost instantly. Each time, my wheel was mounted with a new tire, balanced and when I retrurned; remounted on my freshly washed car and I was on my way with only time to drink two soothing hot chocolates in their customer waiting room.
I am a retired consultant product design engineer and in the distant past owned and operated an auto repair shop that did both mechanical and body work. When I say these people are good, you can take it to the bank.
