Very poor service. Went in because my oil level was very low in my 2022 Santa Fe which I leased Dec.2
3 2021 and it had 5003 miles on it. I also received complimentary maintenance for 3 years. They changed my oil and serviced my car in Feb. 2023. Told me it would not need serviced until I reached over 13,000 miles. I took a road trip on Oct 30 2022 about a 400 mile trip. Car was telling me I was low on fluids so had someone check it out plus asked them to also check my oil. They told me I was low on oil. Mind you I had only put 3336 miles on my car since the last oil change. Made me wonder if they had even serviced my car in Feb. Made it home from my trip called Reed Hyunadi for an appointment, told them my oil was low and washer fluid was low.. They told me I did not have enough miles on my car for an oil change, and I said I needed to have it checked out. They gave me an appointment for the following day. Went in to the service department signed it then went to the waiting area. A young man came to get me and told me I was not eligible for an oil change because my car did not have enough miles on it to be eligible. I would have to pay for it. I informed them I was not going to pay for it and they needed to check out my car on why I was using so much oil to find out the problem. They then proceed to call a service man up to check my oil. I asked to be there when he checked it. He informed them my oil was extremely low and was unsafe to drive my car. Needless to say they serviced my car!! (I think)
They finish my car and I drive home. When I get home I realize they did not give me my paper work on what was serviced or done to my vehicle. I called them back and went out the next day to pick up my paper work. To me it was not complete. I asked why this service department paper was different then the one from my first oil change and did not have how many quarts of oil they used etc. They said well your vehicle uses 6 quarts of oil, so when we change your oil you get 6 quarts. That must not be true because on my first oil change you did you only put in 5. The man at the counter informed that was wrong they made a mistake and that was why my oil was probably low!!

Came in for oil change, they always check and see what else needs to be done, to let me know ahead.
Mike called me ahead of time and scheduled the appointment so I wouldn't have to wait.
Their service manager Michael Huskey is also on top of things and is very helpful.
