& had our car by 5:30 same day..I Will be honest and say I do not like taking my cars to dealership because of High cost, but needed to in this case. Our Service advisor..Daniel Chavez called my wife and I at least 3 times with updates/options.He was extremely patient & helpful.If need to, I will come back👍👍
It used to be very organized from initial greeting to meeting with the consultants, the last visit wa
s confusing, a bit chaotic with two rolls of cars parked and waiting to be greeted, customers had to leave their cars looking for help was not I expected. The rest of the experience was as expected though felt a little rush.

My most recent visit was good, even though i was told that ALL oil changes were free, and i had to pa
y out of my pocket. Also, I was promised a complete detailing from a previous visit and I NEVER received it. Also when I purchased the car I was promised a tank of gas and that never happened. I would like someone to contact me to fulfill these promises.
