I would just like to compliment those working today in the customer service department/service depart
ment trailer. I especially would like to compliment the young lady who was working in this heat, directing everyone on where to go. I think she was working outside, organizing the cars and the order they would be worked on.
She truly deserves a raise. I didn’t really know where I was supposed to drop my car off when I first pulled up, yet the girl working immediately acknowledged me and made me feel seen. She did this even while she was directing a huge flat bed tow truck, inches away from me, that was trying to back out of the lot.
I arrived around noon and the dealership was busy, and super hot outside. I would not be able to work there, especially during the construction, and especially during a recall.
Inside the service department trailer, everyone was very nice and polite, too. I appreciate you all! Thank you for being so organized and for having a great attitude, especially in this heat, and especially during your dealer’s renovation & construction.

n was so helpful! I even brought the car the day before my appointment because I had to work and they were so accommodating. Car was fixed promptly the next morning and I came home with a full checklist as they checked everything.
I am an RN, I don't know cars but was able to describe in my words what I was looking for and David d
eciphered it, and had the right part for me in just a few moments. Friendly, helpful, offered to carry it to the car for me... I have to go to service but wanted to share that their parts people do a great job too.

ul with my purchase yesterday. It's been about 7 years since I've been in the market of looking for a vehicle.
