A few weeks ago I went in to sign paperwork on my new 4Runner that we were waiting to get shipped her
e. My dad di all of the leg work for me (I do not live close to the dealership and he does) and so when we went to go in and sign, pretty much everything was done and the paperwork was ready for us. They went the extra mile and put a huge red bow on my car to make it extra special when I saw it in person for the first time, and even added a personal touch as another extra. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of, and every single person I interacted with felt like they were family or I had met them before. They went the extra mile in getting us the best deal and I could not be more thankful. Shay was an absolute delight to sign paperwork with, and Alex and Tom really made the extra effort to make this an exciting and personal experience. 10/10 would recommend this dealership and team, and also 10/10 would recommend a 4Runner. Best car I have ever had!

When it comes to old fashioned customer service, and going the extra mile this is THE dealership that
goes above and beyond that standard. They offer the type of customer service my grandfather said existed in his day and was far and few these days. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Shelby and Galen. These two individuals were wonderful and helpful with my situation, they went above and beyond any expectation I've ever had for a car dealership. Galen asked me question on what I was comfortable price wise, and what I wanted to be driving. I wasn't optimistic of the chances of success as I had fallen short at other dealerships, but Galen and his amazing team at Buick GMC of Bellevue pulled off this feat as if no big deal. I was astonished at the level of dedication the whole staff puts in to make sure the customer feels as comfortable as possible, there was no attempting to sway me to a different vehicle just to make a sale. They ensured that the sale they made ensured the customers happiness was at the core of that sale. (In which Shelby was a fountain of information on everything related to buying cars. There were many many many things that she educated my wife and I on when it comes to the nitty gritty of car sales and buying, which I am grateful for as purchasing vehicles is quite the dive sometimes). Even when some issues occurred after the sale (which the staff stayed late to work with me, which is absolutely phenomenal and well above the highest expectation.) Galen and his colleges put the issues at the front most urgency and did everything within their powers to once again make sure I was taken care of. I can not give enough praise for the level of professionalism, and customer service I experienced at Buick GMC of Bellevue. I will more then happily tell people of the type of care this dealership has for its customers and the above and beyond services they posses!!! 10/10

le to tolerable. My recent new vehicle purchase with Epic (Brien) Ford was unexpectedly aMazIng! My initial arrival, I was greeted by a professional and personable representative, Sriram (Ram). Ram and Brodie collaborated to provide an objective comparison of my criteria to several ford vehicles. Once I had selected a vehicle, Brodie began his work to provide the best financing options and kept the credit inquires to a minimal. Afterwards, the dreaded paperwork process – Paul made this portion of the process concise and pleasant.
The facilities are upscale, very clean and easy to use. Not to mention the beverage and food court has a decent selection.
Thank you to the entire team; Kelli (Front Desk), Ram (Sales), Brodie (GM), Paul (Finance), Caleb (New Car Manager), Chad (Assistant Parts Manager) and The Service Department are extraordinarily polite, honest and ensured my complete satisfaction throughout the process.
