The manager arranged financing through Toyota Motor Company at an incredible interest rate and a 5 year/100,000 service warranty. There was no pressure, no games, no back and forth. The process was quick and efficient. I wish I could remember the names of everyone that helped me so I could name them in this review. The bottom line is I highly recommend Broadway Toyota. They have me as a customer for life!!

I am not a fan of Toyota in Gladstone. I had to get an oil change and because of the Covid I decided
to go to this dealership because it was close to my house, It was my distinct pleasure and good luck to have a young man by the name of Parker Howell be the service advisor that helped me. He was wonderful. He was sweet. He explained the findings for future repairs and was very understanding of my need to research the cost. Parker took time and made me feel good that I had gone there to get my oil changed. If this dealership ever gets good reviews I would believe that one of the reasons is that Parker makes you feel like he cares and is going to take good care of you and I felt I was in good hands.
