Jessica made it right.
After calling Jessica, she personally made it right.
After I made her aware of the problem, she had a person bring the part to the house and install it.
The 2-1/2 week wait for a oil change is still unexceptional, but I believe when they get back in the regular building things will get back to normal.

Oil change
This is our 3rd vehicle purchased from this location. Service has always been great.
Now there's a 3 week wait for an oil change? Anthony, my service person may have been having a bad day. He seemed irritated that I had a $5 Hyundai coupon. Then he told me the oil dipstick was broken and a replacement was $30 some dollars. I guess it can happen. I said OK, paid for the new dipstick and oil change. That was a Wednesday. Next day I went to check the oil and saw the dipstick was broken again. I called and left a message. Anthony called back and said it was not installed. He told me to swing by and pick it up. I don't live near and asked him to mail it to me. It's now the next Monday and nothing.
In my opinion, service has gone downhill.
In their defense, they are in a different building as the main facility is being remodeled.

Although I was not happy with my overall experience at the Hyundai service department, the manager Manny did call the same day to resolve the issue. Hopefully, his staff will attend to the customers as well as Manny did.

Didn't give me a ride 2 miles down the road or pick me up. I had to Uber and they didn't make sure all 4 tires had the right equal amount of air.

If your time valuable to you just don’t.
The service advisor I had the pleasure of dealing with lacked any customer service or respect for my time. After waiting over 3 hours for a scheduled appointment, and expressing my frustration kindly to him. I watched him park my car and set my keys on his desk. Just to go cut up with his coworkers on his phone for another 15 minutes while I stood at his desk staring at my paperwork and keys. Waiting for him to finish his personal conversations. Absolutely lousy. Once he realized I didn’t want to fix my wheel bearing with him for $1000 he had no consideration for my time. Most service advisors make commission off your vehicle repairs and his attitude and lack of customer service seems to show for it. Tried suggesting I make a claim on my insurance so I could repair it with him for $1k. Instead of seeking out other options. Absolutely disgusting.

Unhappy with service plan and service

Spent 3.5 hours for an oil change with no explanation after initially being told it would take about 2 hours. I love my Hyundai, its my 3rd
but the service is not up to par at this dealership.

I received a call from Heidi about the survey. She was very nice. I explained why I was upset with my experience at Lakeland Hyundai. She was sympathetic to my feelings and I appreciated that. She made me rethink my decision not to use Lakeland Hyundai and I will be back when I need service.

poor management of time, mine and yours
Always a great place to take your car for its general maintenance but this past time I took my car for four days! All for parts that should have been ordered the week before I had my appointment I work 3-11 and told them this daily and their answer was to pick up the car and bring it back the next morning! I feel I should have been offered a rental even if I absorbed minimal cost toward it I mean I'm a nurse and I really don't have time to run up to the dealership in hopes the part came in that day Otherwise I could pick it up to do it all over the next day Thank goodness hubby was able to rearrange his schedule so I could work! Just disappointed

Solved my issues quickly
I have done business for over 5 years with Lakeland Hyundai and always had good experiences. My issue was something unexpected. However, the people who work for you did an excellent job of taking care of my issues. I take good care of my car and so the issue with Service was unexpected. I think maybe that is why i was a little upset. I can say they fixed my and serviced my car and went out of their way to make me happy. Thanks.

Returned with very little gas and dirty.
After waiting two months for an engine rebuild (I understand parts are hard to come by) I picked up my vehicle dirty and with barely any gas in the tank. This is not how it was dropped off. My rep was friendly but I wish he would have told me I qualified for rental reimbursement due to the service needed on my vehicle. It should have been mentioned right away. We will see how the new engine holds up. So far so good.

Could have been worse
They have always been courteous there. They keep good records. Think the tire that was bad may have been like that the last time I was in for service due to the need of a front end alignment. The tires on the car were from when we bought the car new from them and when they said I needed new tires for over $800 I was surprised there was no type of prorating seeing the car only had 37000 miles on it. Also failed to mention that the brakes were marginal. Did take 2 hours to do an oil change and replace a trunk latch on a recall. Thought that was kind of long.

Great Response to Customer Concerns
I have a two purchase, 8 year happy relationship with Lakeland Hyundai. On my last visit, I was less than happy with the length of time that it took for routine service. I expressed this in a review. The dealer made several attempts to reach me. When we finally got together, they offered to provide valet service for my next visit. They were very understanding and sincere in their remedies.

Service and Hyundai Product Exceptional, Wait Times Horrid!
I have had very good experiences with their cars and their service. They will still be my go to dealership. But- Never again will I agree to wait for them to finish the job. Three hours for routine service (tire rotation and oil) is not acceptable. Bring transportation or arrange for a loaner, use the shuttle. Do anything except agree to wait.

Follow up to First Review - Professional & Timely Response by Administration
My first review expressed frustration with the time it took to check out once my vehicle service was finished. Obviously the reviews are taken seriously and the dealership is sincere about my satisfaction because the next day I received a phone call. Heidi listened carefully to my concerns and was very professional. Within minutes, I received the paperwork I was not given at check out and she assured me the situation would be reviewed so it didn't happen again.
