Not happy with The service representative. He was not very happy and didn’t seem to care. No one ever came out to me to let me know what was going on with my vehicle. After waiting for an hour and a half I had to ask. Then I was just given a piece of paper and told that my car would be ready soon.

The day I bought my car, the seller and the general manager created an unpleasant experience for me as a buyer.
I do not recommend this brand as it has many recalls for correction cervices

I have had three cars from this dealer and very happy every time. I don't know if it is covid or selling too many cars for service staff to handle. I had to wait almost two weeks to get in for service and it seemed to take longer to get the car based on regular 14000 mile service interval. I would still rate them highly and recommend the dealer and Hyundai cars to my friends. Have been part of at least 5 purchases/lease of Hyundai vehicles and get positive feedback from all purchases. Otherwise would not reccomend

Hyundai(Lakeland) is an upcoming competitor with other Brands such as Honda, Nissan, Acura, Toyota.(JDM) It is defying the odds against others by outperforming the Brands that have reigned for so long. Excellent Service!
Having failed to make an appointment, I was a walk in for my service at 8am on a Monday morning. I was greeted promptly and was checked in quickly. I sat comfortably reading while I waited. I was given an option of changing out my air filter which I agreed to. This was my only charge as service was included and then checked out. They went the extra mile not only to clean my car but to vacuum out some debris out of my trunk for me.
My only suggestions for improvements would be to purchase better donuts and to provide a place to wait where the TV isn’t on!! Otherwise a great experience.

Standard Vehicle Service
I scheduled an appointment on-line, with no difficulty. Arrived early to drop-off the vehicle and was met by Anthony. He found my information and we agreed on synthetic oil, for which he offered me a coupon. Because I am a repeat buyer, it took Anthony all of two minutes to process me and I was headed out the door. When the work was completed, he called and the vehicle was waiting. Fees were as indicated. Great FIVE STAR service.
