The Palisade is my favorite vehicle purchase of all time.
I have had many new vehicles in my near seventy years and I’ve never enjoyed the process of buying a new car. This time, purchasing the Palisade was very pleasant. The team at Crain Hyundai made the purchasing process quick and efficient. If you are considering a vehicle purchase, I am confident in recommending Mr. Tevin Cooley. He is friendly and knowledgeable. We had a seven year old vehicle we traded in. For seven years, we received too much communication from the other un-named dealership. After every service, we would receive one to two phone calls, and no less than five email request to give feedback on the service department. It was so irritating. Especially because we responded quickly to the surveys. After every request to numerically rate the service/dealer, the survey requested a written summary of why you gave the numerical rate. It was too much.

We purchased our vehicle three weeks ago, maybe four weeks ago. I am thrilled to report, Crain has called us once, and emailed us twice. The first email was to thank us and to introduce us to the Hyundai app. The second email was to request feedback. So simple. Zero pressure. We appreciate Mr Cooley and the dealership for not chasing us or requesting numerous reviews.

We are first time Hyundai customers and I love the Palisade. The interior is so comfortable and has so many features. Go see Tevin. Tell him we said Hello.

Antonio Shawders, Anthony Hicks, and DeWayne Perry all created for us a favorable flow during our purchase process! We started planning our purchase nearly a year ago, and we stayed in contact with each other the whole time discussing availability, pricing, trends, and other matters! Our purchase date was sort of enigmatic due to the fact that we were originally there only to get my wife’s car serviced! The more we talked as we waited for service, it just seemed that timing and availability meshed, and the process finally came to fruition! That’s a great group of guys that are quite knowledgeable and well-experienced in their respective crafts, and they worked well as a team to make our purchase process seamless!

I never leave reviews..but this one is well deserved. Tevon Cooley is you man if you want a deal. It has been a long time since I have seen such a respectful and professional young man.
