Dropped off car for service. Was Told they would get back to us on findings. No calls for 3 days. We had to threaten with TV and Governmental oversight contact to get a call back.

Had issue with tires and I have to take car back because the lights are back on. First time took they put too much pressure at gasket and the oil was leaking.

They are overbooked and understaffed. Unless you like sitting in a waiting room for hours multiple times , find a different dealership for repairs

Irresponsible Staff
Work was not completed, yet the car was returned to me stating that work was done in entirety and I was charged for it. I found out later myself that the hood handle was not replaced. Took the car back and I was told that they missed it because the part hadn’t arrived yet. Then, who marked the job as complete? Additionally, while my car was there, they forgot about it and didn’t perform all the other requested services. So I lost a day to that non-sense.

Aweful servixe scheduling process
Service rep over the phone to schedule are discourteous, and careless. 2+ months waiting time for a simple oil change. It is understandable the situation with employee resignations but lack of techitians to provide maintenance service has more to do with underpay and lack of engagement, these are business decusions not "pandemic" excuses. The vehicle is great but to service it, I would rather got a different vehicle make.

I transfered maintenance from NPR. This dealership closer.
Information about me was not taken when I checked in. The service writer assumed the transfered file was me...and it was not. Therefore I was there for 3 hours for an oil change. I had been in the waiting room so long that I tried to buy a new one, and we all know how much time that takes.
My mane is Mike not Mark.
Work was probably done in a more than reasonable time, but they didn't have the correct info in the computer. If only the SW verified me when I checked in, I would not have to write this bad review.

Months to replace a mirror
Parts and service department are disconnected and communication internally and externally need serious improvement. Ordered a part in April that needed paint and install. Repaired in July! Crazy!

Lack of communication regarding service
I scheduled service for my 2020 Santa Fe based on the recommendations of mileage and date on service sticker placed in vehicle after my 1st service. I was advised that my complimentary service was every 7500 miles and now my next service will not be for 11,000 miles, this seems to be excessive. Also the service took over 90 minutes for a simple oil change.

This location needs more staff( mechanics and customer reps) so hard to book an app within less than a week and took them 3 days to check my suv. No status on my car during 3 days and hard to get in touch with service rep.

Brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance. I was ignored for 10 minutes. I was scolded for not bringing in sooner. When I'd tried to bring in sooner, I was turned away. Identified a minor maintenance issue they said was fixed, but wasn't.
