2nd lease and still smiling.
This is my second lease with Coastal. I was treated fairly with attention to my requests. I like that my original sales person has been available to me throughout the not only lease experience but available by phone with any question I have.

Good Product but really bad experience with the purchase.
At the time of purchase the deal was pleasant but after the purchase the process for the car that I left in trade in, was a nightmare. The finance manager told me that the car would be paid in a certain time and with 7 days remaining until the month of purchase was completed, the trade in was still unpaid. The worst thing that from the beginning I was following up on this matter which was ignored by the dealership staff, badly affecting my credit. If the dealer's actions had been in tune with his actions, I would not have been negatively affected. I have no confidence in this place and would definitely not do business in this place again.
