Pleasant Experience
From the very start of our visit at Crain Hyundai Little Rock, we were met by a professional and pleasant staff. Antonio was very informative and knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable and most of all, welcomed. The entire staff was nice people and very helpful. We did not feel pressured and harassed in the purchase. I feel confidant that I will return to this business and I hope the staff will be the same. I usually don't like the experience of purchasing a vehicle, but I can definitely say this was a pleasant experience.

So happy with my new Hyundai!
I recently went to Hyundai to meet a friend who was considering buying a Palisade Calligraphy. I wasn’t in the market for a new car myself, just supporting my friend. We took the Palisade for a test drive and I was so impressed with the car that I decided to look at one for myself. Antonio, the sales person for my friend and myself, was incredibly helpful. He knew the car well and answered every question I had. He didn’t pressure me in the least. My friend left in her new Palisade Calligraphy and the next morning I went back and bought one myself! Antonio was awesome to work with. He made the whole process easy and has followed up to make sure I’m happy with my Palisade and to answer any questions I have. Thank you Crain Hyundai and Antonio!!
