Quality Friendly Service
The quality of service provided to me during my scheduled appointment was outstanding. I walked in and was greeted by my service rep who checked me in and gave me an approximate time when the maintenance work would be done. I was able to leave the property to run some errand. Within an hour I got a call saying that my vehicle was done. When I returned, I was given a detailed explanation of the work that was done and potential issues in the future. My overall experience, including the level of customer service was outstanding. I would recommend this dealership to family and friends.. I'm a happy customer!

Quick and easy
My experience on this appointment went very well. I was reminded of my appointment day and time. The check in process was painless and quick. I was notified within an hour when my vehicle was ready to be picked up and the charges for the service, Overall I'm pleased with the service and cost.

Came for mileage reimbursement program
On Saturday no one was available who knew anything about this program and I was told to go somewhere else. When I returned on Monday there were several helpful people both on the phone and in person who understood the program took my car read the mileage and sent me on my way. More employees should be made aware of Hyundai's programs.

Jon Cate called in response to an imperfect review of my recent service visit notes and offered to correct all concerns to my satisfaction. In my view, what you buy is not as important as who you buy it from. Hyundai of Wesley Chapel is showing itself to be a company that stands behind it's products and service.

Staff was friendly
We were originally told that the wait time could be 3 days b/c they did not have a record of our appointment. We did respond to text message stating what day we would be there. Alex later said the car would be ready same day.

Service Work
The Service writer { A.J.) did his best as to explain the problem we were having with our vehicle. Service Tech went thru the operation of the memory system with me also explaining that the computer did not show any problems. Service Tech assured me that any continuation of the problem would be addressed with the service department as it seemed the be a drivability situation. They made the situation acceptable to me.

Aj in service provided a true concierge service experience on my last visit. Kept me well informed, advised me of the recommendations, and completed the work within the timeframe he quoted me in the beginning which was unbelievable to begin with. This was one of the best beginning to end experience.

Fantastic service even without an appointment!!
I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate AJ’s outstanding customer service last week! I had called for an appt but was told there were no opening til May, but sometimes after noon from Tuesdays thru Fridays they can sometimes fit in walk-in’s. Luckily for me I was able to het in the next day and they did a great job washing the car! Much better than when I get it done at a professional car wash! I had to travel and getting this service taken care of before I left was really important to me.
