Restore of review. Service Manager called me. Removed one of our emails & one of our cells phones. Shut down email from Hyundai. Just keeping local notices so not getting an email weekly about past due service that was handled. Thank you.

Service at Hyundai on Perryville
Sebastian in service is excellent & very helpful. The service scheduling portal is a joke! You make an appointment & get email upon email you need to schedule an appointment. We have 3 Hyindai's. Equals 3 times the frustration. This has been happening for over a year, brought to a different service advisers attention each time. Excuse is not his problem, administered by a 3rd party company.

Bought my 2011 Hyundai Sonata new from Hyundai on Perryville ,for which i am still driving today. Have always been very pleased with the car. I have never once hesitated to recommend this dealership to family & friends. And will continue to do so! The service department has always done a great job whenever i go in for service. Easy to schedule an appointment. Service Manager Bret Bokker is exceptional ! Always very polite & easy to talk to. Has many times gone above & beyond to assure my needs were met.
Hyundai on Perryville really does care about their customers!
