Not great at listening to concerns
Specifically asked to have tires checked with oil change because thought could have a nail in tire, told tires fine, 2 days later tire warning light on, took to tire place instead and yes there is a screw visibly sticking out of the tire I told dealer I was concerned about.

I had my vehicle in the service department for transmission issues that began in January. It was still covered under warranty and was told it needed to be replaced. I had to call the department inquiring about my vehicle, never did they call to update me. About a month later walking into my garage I find the floor is covered with transmission fluid. At that time the service department had my vehicle towed to the shop and was given a rental car. The transmission again had to be replaced, which was back ordered. I find this out only by me calling to ask what the hold up was being that I again wasn't updated on progress. I waited at least two weeks to get my car back that time. When I received my car back this time the inside door and steering wheel were covered with sticky oil or grease. I didn't have my car for long before it was returned to the shop with yet another leaking transmission in April. When the service department was called they encouraged me to avoid driving it, but never offered to tow it. I had to wait for two days before I was able to take the vehicle in. I was with out a car for those two days. Never did anybody from the service departmentmention a rental car while I was without transportation for those two days. This was yet another error on the service department and I was the one having to compromise. Between the time frame of January to April my car was in the shop three different times. Every time I arrived to pick my vehicle up from the service department I was encouraged to fill out the survey "with all 10's. It keeps us out of the office". I can honestly say if they truly felt they did the work of a "10" they wouldn't be so focused on the results of the surveys we have to complete. Had I known that the service would continually get worse each time I would have never rated them as high as I did with the past surveys. I am not one that complains or fills surveys out with low scores, but I have had enough with this department. I never mentioned the grease/oil marks or quality of my car once it was returned to me because I honestly am not one to get people in trouble. After repeated visits it is time to be honest about how disappointed I am.

I don't have a great opinion.
I was concerned about a noise I had on the right side of my Hyundai Santa Fe. Since this is a dealer with Hyundai, I thought they could know what was wrong.
They told me it was my brakes and I would have the noise continually. So, I still have the same problem I had when I took it in for repair. I am not too pleased with my experience there.

The customer service personnel do not know what they are doing. From calling while they had the vehicle to schedule the appointment for the work that the vehicle is there for, to not caring that they had my SUV for longer than they initially stated that they would. I understand that parts can be on back order, but they did not even call me and let me know that my vehicle would need to be there longer than they stated on drop off.

The service agent asked me regarding the type of oil I wanted in my car because I was there for an oil change. I stated that I wanted the same oil my regular dealer puts in my car that has a 1yr 10k mile limit. They put in what they had charged me for it and then stated that they did not have that service. 4real??? What would they have done if I had told them I only have fake money for fake service? Never again.

   We do apprecaite the feedback from your last vsiit here with us . Looking at your records from your service here we did used mobil 1 synthetic oil. That is a full synthetic oil, but i wouldnt recomende 10,000 . We recomend 7-8,000 on full synthetic or 5,000 on our synthetic blend . Service at Hyundai on Perryville
Sebastian in service is excellent & very helpful. The service scheduling portal is a joke! You make an appointment & get email upon email you need to schedule an appointment. We have 3 Hyindai's. Equals 3 times the frustration. This has been happening for over a year, brought to a different service advisers attention each time. Excuse is not his problem, administered by a 3rd party company.

I looked into your history on your last appoint and the reason why it was more expensive is you chose to put full synthetic in your vehicle . Which we are still competitive on, our standard synthetic blend is only $34.95 plus tax . Our on line scheduler will only allow you to select drop off only from 12 to 1, and i believe we tried calling to let you know we are not open from 12 to 1 .  sorry for the inconvenience we look forward to seeing you next time .

They take you right in and get started on your car. The car wash is nice, but they should invest in at least a blower - it comes out soaking wet and leaves spots when it dries.

Great Place!
Had my oil changed and my tires rotated. Took about a half hour. They even washed the car when they were done. Only complaint was they could've dried the car, not return it to me soaking wet. And maybe vacuum out the inside, even the quick change oil places do that.
