Service Manager is the best ?????
The situation is solved with the car. The service manager is one of the best customer service people I have seen in the last few years and dealing with situations like this. Dylan is professional, he’s courteous, he listens to the client, there was no doubt in his mind what I was saying was truthful I feel like he needs to be rewarded in someway for raising the bar in a situation like this. Give him an on the spot award, give him a raise, give him a gift card to go out to eat whatever he is an asset to your company and he needs to be rewarded

Exceptional Customer Service and Follow-up
I took my initial concern to management for resolution after a not so favorable experience. Dylan listened and documented my concerns regarding my recent experience and gave me his promise to resolve to my satisfaction. He told me when my issues would be resolved and they met or exceeded every expectation. Dylan's professionalism and integrity restored my faith in Eckert Hyundai. I have purchased two vechicles from Eckert Hyundai and will purchase future vechicles from them and will recommend them to my family and friends. I would love to give a 5 Star rating, but I am not able to change the score. Here are my * * * * * (stars) for Eckert Hyundai.

This used to be a great place, honest and dependable, but not any more. My last visit to the service department was the most unprofessional and uncaring experience and I will not return.

Oil change
Purchased a 2020 Palisade and an prepaid oil change every 3750 miles. I have had two oil changes and I noticed that they add 4000 miles to the sticker telling when to change the oil next. I called and talk to Billy Pope, he explained that some tech's just round up the miles for easier math. I asked why they don't use a calculator and get the mileage right, he said nothing. I thought he might offer to get it right in the future but he didn't. I find this very poor customer service.

  I apologize for the lack of communication ma'am, I am a bit confused. The update we did on your vehicle is as follows.

TSB 17-01-008
Some 2011-2013MY Elantra, 2013MY Elantra GT, and 2013MY Elantra Coupe vehicles may exhibit
an issue with Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) emission exceeding the standards under certain specific
conditions.

This condition should do the opposite and make the vehicle use less fuel thus emitting less smoke.

Meh at best
The time to return the vehicle was fast but the service person didn't pay much attention to my concerns. I had reported an issue with the wind noise in my 2021 Santa Fe and the staff passed it by saying it is just the shape of the RVMs. I pressed to the staff that one of the window rubber seems to be loose, please check that if it is the cause and he said he will do it.
Later when I asked at the time of delivery if that has been looked at, he brushed it off saying that he will check it next time since this service was scheduled for just routine maintenance. It was simply the case he had forgotten about it. My concern is what if it was a more serious issue? Will he do the same then as well? And mind you this was not one of the complimentary services offered by Hyundai, I had paid the dealership for this.

Owner is great, service and Hyundai, not so much
Original owner of a vehicle. At 50k miles started burning oil at an extreme rate, the process to prove that is insane, and they make you pay to check it. After coming back every 1k miles for months, they do some kind of cleaning, and tell you to come back every 1k miles again. It needs a new engine, and they will do anything they can to not put one in. Even with perfect service records, and being almost out of oil every 1k miles. If it were not for the owner, I would never consider a Hyundai vehicle again.

Trying to make my car right
Couple weeks back I took my car in there and frankly didn't get the service that it should have gotten after talking to the service manager I took a car back he did his best to get everything right done. still ain't got my radio right but not due to him not trying. I would continue to go there to have both my car's service, thank you for making things right.

Waiting game
Discussed what wad wrong had to do other things first. Picked up cat with same noises happening. I feel they are waiting til warranty is expired then will tell me what's wrong. We can't afford another car so they are hindering my work and child's security to a vehicle

Improvements made
Eckert’s service department has been adequate but not exceptional when I’ve visited. I’ve sometimes felt like I’ve been an irritation rather than a customer, and the waiting room has felt like they’ve wanted to provide only the necessities. Things are changing. New paint. New furniture. New management. They are serious about providing a higher caliber of service for both Hyundai and Genesis patrons and it shows.

So-so Experience with good car service but poor customer service
I love Hyundai vehicles, and personally drive a Genesis. For an upscale brand, the service fails to live up to expectations. Not that the service was bad (it wasn't), but it just wasn't a very pleasant experience. I'd like to be as comfortable at the dealership as at my home, but the customer lounge was uncomfortable and not very conducive to getting work done. A small investment would yield big results.

Thank you for your feedback. I completely agree with you. We currently have plans to remodel our waiting room to make it welcoming and comfortable. Actually not just plans, painting is happening this weekend with phases 2 and 3 to follow. As you know, we were Hyundai dealers originally and admittedly need to grow in our luxury offerings. Mgr.would not return my call.
I had trouble with rebate on financing. H ad radio repaired onc. E still not working right. Have had the a/c worked on twice and latest the transmission replaced. Never had this much trouble with a new car.
