I am NOT happy
I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got my car back my windshield wiper fluid was gone, 3 out of 4 tires had very low tire pressure and all the tire valve caps were missing.

Came back dirtier than when I left it
Dropped my car off for a maintenance issue. They had my car for 3 weeks. When I got my car back the outside and interior was dirtier than when I left it. There was black greasy fingerprints everywhere on my WHITE interior/seats! Plus there was black glue/tar substance on several parts of the outside. Never have I been to a dealership where they didn’t clean your car or at least run it through the car wash. Extremely unacceptable!

I apologize for any inconvenience you had on your last visit. All of our parts and labor is guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles, with the exception of an alignment that is warrantable for 3 months or 3,000 miles. We definitely understand your frustration if that alignment was out of spec again just outside of that warrantable time. Phone Call From Assistant Manager
I received a phone call from Ben, an assistant manager, regarding my recent visit to Murdock Hyundai of Lindon. I had given a 4-star review because the oil change had taken longer than I was told it would, and I didn't receive any updates until the work was complete. Ben assured me that they would address this in training with their service managers so it wouldn't happen again. I appreciated the follow-up.

Murdock Hyundai of Lindon Continues to Impress
I continue to be impressed by Murdock Hyundai of Lindon. They have a very attentive staff and a clean and comfortable facility. I did have a question about an aspect of my service package, so I asked the cashier. She took the time to research my question, and even provided me with additional documentation to make sure that the question/issue would never happen again.

I mentioned before in other parts of the survey that I felt rushed and unable to ask questions about my car and possibly fixing certain parts. Thankfully, I was able to ask afterward, but it was not the exceptional experience that everyone is wanting me to have. I also was unable to get responses during the actual service of my car, so I could not ask questions like it is claimed.

The service was excellent.
The service was excellent. We worked with Preston and Ben. The repair work needed was more extensive than originally thought.
They said they would work us in which they did. We were treated very well and they went the extra mile for us. We were surprised when we picked the car up on how much work they had done, including some extra work. We were also very happy with the cost of the repairs as it related to the amount of work that was done. I think this was our first time working with Ben, but we have worked with Preston many, many times, even asking for him as we have needed repairs on our car. Preston is an amazing employee for your company, which I'm sure you already know.

If your look to be treated like family Murdock is the place to go . Doug, Derek, Dave and can’t forget Jacob, these guys have always been so nice to me.
These is my Eighth car I have purchase from Murdock I have a recommend them.
